This post will be a short analysis on Pakistan and the short term effects it could have on Bharat. Also some attempts at long term predictions have been made.

In the above birth chart of Pakistan, It can be seen that Mars (The lord of wars) is aspecting the 10th house of Karma of Pakistan. This explains why most of the decisions taken in the country are by the army. To specify further, Mars is the lord of the 1st and 8th house. 8th house indicates secrecy. Therefore it relates to spy agencies within the country. Hence, it can be clearly seen from the chart that ISI, a covert spy agency is responsible for making most decisions that the state acts upon.

Current Dasha of Pakistan: Venus/Saturn/Saturn (20/06/2020–21/12/2020)

Venus and Saturn who are the Maha Dasha and Antar Dasha/Pratyantara Dasha lords respectively are both in the nakshatra of Mercury. Mercury in this chart is the 3rd and 6th lord and is a functional Malefic planet. 3rd lord indicates neighbours and 6th lord indicates conflict. Pakistan will look to initiate fights with neighbour and its prime perceived enemy, India.

However, if we were to pin point a particular period as to when the conflicts could take a serious turn, we have to look at when the 7th house of war (escalation of conflict is getting activated). As can be seen from the Bhava Chart, the 7th house is occupied by Ketu and Jupiter. There is a possibility of escalation of the current conflict into war when the Dasha of Venus/Saturn/Saturn/Ketu runs, which runs from 16/08/2020 to 27/08/2020. Post this the dasha is Venus/Saturn/Saturn/Venus which is even more negative as Venus is the 7th lord sitting in the 4th house of the Bhava Chakra which shows intent of territorial expansion.

Now the question arises that how am I speculating that a war might take place and not just another short conflict. The reason is that India’s chart is also showing an active 7th house during the same period and so is China’s chart. Hence I am guessing that because the paths of 3 countries are converging as per Vimshottari Dasha, serious conflict is possible. However, the outcome of the conflict will not be favourable for Pakistan because Mercury who is the Nakshatra ruler of the Mahadasha lord Venus is a functional malefic for Aries Ascendants. It could possibly go on a downward spiral and become like what Somalia is currently.

One very important observation seen in this chart is that Sun who is the lord of the 5th house is in Gandanta. Gandanta is the worst place for a planet to be as it is the area which is the border of a watery and fiery sign (In this case, cancer and leo). For Pakistan, Sun is a benefic which adds to the problems. 5th house represents children. In Mundane astrology, the children of a country are it’s states or provinces. Sun is in the nakshatra of mercury who represents neighbours and conflict. This shows that there is a very good chance that in the Sun Dasha, Pakistan’s states/provinces might declare independence from it and the country will break up and cease to exist as we know it today. The Sun Mahadasha for Pakistan starts in 2027 and these events will start playing out during this year.
